Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn with tags, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return with traces of use.Â
To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@growtovate.com. The actual return costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the shipping party. Â
Once we have received and verified your return, you will receive your refund within 10 business days using the payment method you used when ordering.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. This way we can evaluate the problem and correct it effectively.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Â
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sales over 30 days old, final sale items, custom orders or items worn.
Exchanges
We will honor exchanges for size only. The item must be unworn with tags in place and original packaging. Please initiate an exchange by contacting us at customercare@growtovate.com. Â
